Clearing negative belief systems to help prevent illness.

I recently sent this information to my clients and felt the need to spread this information further.

Welcome to autumn and the month of March.

This has always been my favourite time of the year; crisp, cooler mornings, more rain and the promise of Easter being on its way…..and this year…well…..2020 has already been off to a rough start with drought, fires, floods and now a virus that has been predicted to be a pandemic. 
 **Pandemic definition: (of a disease) prevalent over a whole country or the world. 

I started writing content for this months’ Newsletter a few weeks ago and have cast all of this aside for another time so that we can focus on what we can do holistically and metaphysically with our belief systems to avoid and minimise contracting the Covid-19 virus. 

With deep appreciation and gratitude for the work of the late Louise Hay, I would like to bring to you some belief work that we can be doing individually and as a collective “virtual” community to help reduce the risk and spread of this virus. 

It is through Louse Hay’s words that “illness is created by dis / ease of the mind”, that I would like to bring into focus and hopefully into your daily practice, affirmations that can change our thoughts today and have a positive impact to our health and in our lives right now. After all, as we think is as we are in our bodies. 
If you have not heard of Louise Hay – google her! I have engaged in, followed and employed the work of Louise Hay for many years. 

One of her best-selling books being, “You can Heal Your Life” with extract “Heal Your Body”, lists specific illnesses and the limiting beliefs (underlying thoughts / feelings) that have contributed to contracting various illnesses. It also lists the positive affirmations to say to develop a NEW positive belief to reduce, minimise and heal each listed illness.

First of all I will highlight the direct quotes from “Heal Your Body” Louise Hay, stating the illness and the underlying negative beliefs/ feelings. 

These are the harmful negative beliefs, thoughts and feelings that cause us to contract the following illnesses as they create a low vibration. 
Please note that you may not even be aware if you harbour these beliefs as they are subconscious. 

Viral Infections - Lack of joy flowing through life. Bitterness.

Infection - Irritation, anger, annoyance

Influenza - Response to mass negativity. Fear. Belief is negative statistics.

Colds - Too much going on at once. Mental confusion, disorder. Small hurts.

Respiratory Ailments - Fear of taking in life fully.

Individual Affirmations 

Raise your vibration with positive beliefs. 

As a belief is just something you keep telling yourself, when you tell yourself these positive affirmations on a regular basis, you will get them into your subconscious mind and they will become your beliefs. 

Each morning, wake up and state the following affirmations. You can also write them down, stick them around your house. Whatever you need to do to remind yourself to state these affirmations.

10 New Positive affirmations / beliefs and feelings to say every day to prevent and overcome the above illnesses. 

 1. Wellness is the natural state of my body. 
 2. I am in perfect health. 
 3. I lovingly allow joy to flow freely in my Life. 
 4. I love me. 
 5. I choose to be peaceful.
 6. I choose to be harmonious. 
 7. I am safe. 
 8. I love my love. 
 9. I am beyond negative group beliefs. 
10.I am free from congestion and influence. 

Manifesting Health 

 As well as stating the above affirmations, you can also manifest yourself into a state of health. 
To do this:
 - Sit quietly. 
 - Deeply breathe in and out three times. 
 - Picture yourself in complete health. Breathing freely, feeling free.
 - Picture yourself being resilient. Being happy, safe and loving life. 

Group Affirmations 

Calling on all light workers! 
As a collective group, we can also send positive energy and positive beliefs to people on mass through positive intentions with our thoughts. 

In your next meditation, include the following thoughts and intentions: 

1. I see all people around me being calm, peaceful and harmonious. 
2. I see joy flowing freely through all people on Earth. 
3. I surround all beings on Earth in pink loving light. 
4. I surround all beings on Earth in green healing light. 
5. I send unconditional, universal love to all beings on Earth. 

Please feel free to add your own positive affirmations into your meditations.

“Practical” Do’s throughout this period

If you are feeling fear about the virus, you might want to consider minimising how much you are watching and listening to real time news. The tone, pitch and pace being used in the media is creating more unrest rather than peace and calm. Be informed, be prepared and be calm.

Some practical reminders throughout this period. 

Feeling cold symptoms at all? 
  • Stay at home 
  • Keep warm and drink plenty of fluids 
  • See a doctor to be checked and if anything they can rule out Covid-19 
  • Wash your hands regularly
  • Avoid touching your mouth, eyes and nose.
Need to sneeze? 
  • Do it into a tissue and then throw it away
  • Don’t have a tissue? Use the crook of your arm
Are you kinaesthetic and love touch everything while you are out? 
  • Be aware of this behaviour and stop touching everything! 
  • Face masks and gloves can help prevent you from touching your face 
Be sensible and prepared. This can include: 
  • Letting people know how you are 
  • Checking in with people via phone to see how they are 
  • You might consider pre-preparing healthy meals and freezing them 
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched areas / surfaces in your home
  • Remember to eat well, get fresh air and look after yourself
