Cosmic Event - December 21st, 2020 

Before go into all the astrological events that are currently in play and coming up, I want to introduce you to some of our planets and the influence their energy has on Earth and us beings, as well as provide you with some scientific meanings. 

  • Astrology - the study of the movements and relative positions of celestial bodies interpreted as having an influence on human affairs and the natural world.
  • Cosmic - relating to the universe or cosmos, especially as distinct from the earth. · Transcending - be or go beyond the range or limits of (a field of activity or conceptual sphere).
  • Conjunction - In astronomy, a conjunction occurs when any two astronomical objects (such as asteroids, moons, planets, and stars) appear to be close together in the sky, as observed from Earth. ... If two objects have the same right ascension or the same ecliptic longitude, they are considered to be in conjunction with one another.
  • Pluto - Pluto symbolises regeneration, transformation rebirth. Even if it does not look like, things get done with Pluto. A new approach and a new perspective is what the planet Pluto is all about. It helps an individual look at things differently, transform or evolve their views and emerge with new outlooks in life.
  • Jupiter - Astrologically speaking, Jupiter is associated with the principles of growth, expansion, healing, prosperity, good fortune, and miracles. Jupiter governs long distance and foreign travel, big business and wealth, higher education, religion, and the law.
  • Saturn - is believed to be the greatest teacher who rewards the righteous acts and punishes those who follow the path of evil and betrayal. Also known as the Lord or Karma and Justice, Lord Shani is considered to be the most malefic planet that brings restrictions and misfortunes.
  • Solar Solstice – A special event that happens every year as the sun changes its transitional path. The sun changes it’s frequency setting – the tone for the upcoming year. In Australia it is the beginning of summer and the longest day on the 21st of December. Now that you have a bit of meaning to the items above, let me list for you what events will unfold just this year – 2020 – in terms of Astrology.
So here are the major events for 2020
 
1. Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto in Capricorn will conjunct 3 times this year. 
    • Growth and expansion / restrictions and misfortunes / transformation 
    • This only happens once every 3000 years.
    • The last known time was in 1894BCE and triggered the great empire of Babylon and the Sumerian people.
    • It lasted for only three months in 1894BCE. In 2020 it will last for the whole year.
2. Saturn, Pluto in Conjunction January 2020 
    • Restrictions and misfortunes / transformation
    • This happens every 33-38 years and will last for 2 years for us now.
    • It’s combined energies will influence politics and renewal
    • The last times tracked are 1981 (Birth of the internet and the PC) and in 1947 after world war 2 
    3. Jupiter in conjunction with Pluto will occur 3 times this year
      • Growth and expansion / transformation
      • This occurs every 13 years but is very rare to have it happen 3 times in one year.
      • April 12, June 30, and November 12
      • The last time this occurred was in December 2007 right before the 2008 global financial crisis. 
      4. Saturn and Jupiter Great Conjunction
        • Growth and expansion / restrictions and misfortunes 
        • These two planets in conjunction may look like one big bright star in the sky
        • This occurs every 20 years and is always proceeded by great changes on Earth.
        • This is the first time in thousands of years that this great conjunction has occurred on the 21st of December – the Solar Solstice 
      5. Saturn and Jupiter Great Conjunction in Solar Solstice & at 0 degrees in Aquarius 
        • Great conjunctions actually co-inside with zodiac signs.
        • What this means is that this Great Conjunction that will occur on the 21st of December is the actual point that co-insides with the zodiac sign of Aquarius. Hence: the Age of Aquarius.
        • This is an Air sign and this will be in our transitional cycle for the next 140 years!!! That is form 2020 – 2159 
      Phew! That is a lot of celestial movement and multiple conjunctions! 

      It is no wonder we have felt a bit chaotic all over the planet throughout this year. 

      What the Age of Aquarius (AIR) will bring with it for us on earth is even more of the following:  
      • Advanced technologies 
      • Intellectual Social Change 
      • Rapid Social Progression
      • New concepts that reshape our political and socio-economic systems 

      So hold onto your hat dear soul, it is written in the stars that there are more big changes, potential dramatic endings to 2020 on the 21st of December this year. 

      It will be an exciting time for all spiritual metaphysic activities as well as natural therapies as our consciousness expands and people come together. A great time to be tuning into crystals. 

      What does this mean for us? It means renewal, change, a reset and wow isn’t that exciting!!!
