1. How will I receive my mini reading?
You’ll receive your personalised message as a voice recording, delivered to the email or Messenger account you provide at checkout.
2. Do I need to be present with you for a mini reading?
No. you do not need to be with me. As a Medium, I tune into your energy, your higher-self and your spirit team. Booking in with me is equivalent to giving me permission to read your energy.
3. What kind of question can I ask?
You can ask about anything you’re currently navigating — clarity, relationships, work, energy shifts, emotional blocks, or “what do I need to know right now?” If you’re unsure, simply write “Whatever message I most need today.”
4. What if I forget to leave my question in the notes?
No problem — I’ll contact you directly. Your reading won’t be delayed; I’ll simply tune in once your question arrives.
5. How long is the voice recording?
Each mini reading is 5–10 minutes, depending on what comes through for you.
6. When will I receive my reading?
Your reading will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
7. Do you use cards, intuition, or guides?
I tune into your energy using a blend of intuition, channeling, and guidance from your team. Sometimes cards are used, sometimes not — I follow what feels aligned for your message. You can read more about my gifts on my "services" page.
8. Is this the same as a full session?
No — this is a short, focused reading designed for quick clarity. If you need deeper support, a full session is recommended.
9. Can I buy this as a gift for someone else?
Yes — as long as the person has given their permission to receive a reading. Because I’m tuning into someone’s energy, I can only complete a mini reading when the individual has agreed to it. (This can be a verbal agreement with you)
If you’re purchasing this as a gift, please make sure they’re aware and happy to receive the message, and include their name and question in the notes once they’ve approved it.
10. What if I need more than one question answered?
Each mini reading covers one question or theme. If you have multiple questions, you can purchase additional readings or alternative book in for a full 1 hour reading with me.

10. Do you offer refunds?
No. Because this is a personalised service, refunds are not available once the reading has been delivered.
11. What happens if I order on a weekend?
Mini readings are usually delivered within 24 hours. Because I’m at the markets all day Sunday, any orders placed after 12pm Saturday or anytime Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
